Items purchased from retail stores, other online platforms, or third party sellers must be returned to the place of purchase and are subject to the seller policies.
- We accept returns on new and unused items.
- We accept returns within 30 days with proof of purchase.
- Items returned past 30 days or without proof of purchase will not be honored.
- All returns must include the online order number, visible on the shipping package.
- New or unused items in original packing will be refunded the purchase price. Initial shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Shipping costs on returned items will be incurred by the customer.
- Defective items will be replaced at no charge. Proof of defect must be provided.
