In today’s world, a solid customer relationship matters both at the front end of a sale but also after we finish a project. During the project, once the homeowner chooses their LOBA finish, we email them a two-page care sheet that gives them recommendations and instructions from the time we leave their home for the life of their floor. It includes a recommendation that they continue to use LOBA’s cleaning products and where they can buy it. We also gift each homeowner with a LOBA Spray Mop.

The mop is easy to assemble. You put water in the spray container, then cleaner concentrate, so nothing is bubbling and spilling over the container, which happens when cleaner is poured in first. The pad is white so you can easily see when it needs to be cleaned/changed out for another pad.
